Ready, set, GROW!!!

I am so excited, inspired and motivated to find myself in a whole new professional position. Website, business cards, Isagenix, health coaching, and a summer running class for kids. The only constant for the past 5 months has been my group exercise teaching through Challenge to Change, inc. I've planted the seeds, I've watered them, and now it's time to watch it GROW!
